Cleaner login, account and order pages for your customers

Your customers get cleaner, faster pages to sign in, manage their details and follow their orders. You do not need to set anything up.

What changed

Login, sign up, password reset, My Account and My Orders have a new look that follows your store's colours and style. They work better on phones too.

• Customers can save, edit and remove delivery addresses on one tidy page. Removing an address asks them to confirm first.
• The order list shows each order as a card with its number, date, status and total. Tapping it opens the full order.
• After paying, the confirmation page shows the real state of the order, so customers are not told a payment worked when it did not.
• Customers who are not signed in are taken to the login page and returned to where they were afterwards.
• When someone logs out, their details are cleared from the browser, which matters on shared phones and computers.

What customers see

1. Customers open My Account to edit their details and delivery address.

   

2. My Orders lists each order as a card with its number, date, status and total.

   

3. Tapping an order opens the full order: items, totals and its history.

   

Good to know

• Everything works in English and Arabic, left to right and right to left.
• Changing a password now asks for the current password.
• Signing in is also safer behind the scenes: a customer's sign-in only works on the store where it was created.
